History: Born on the Planet of Hlavek III, Delagorr was raised to join the Skrull Military. Unfortunately, at a young age, he fell extremely ill and lost his chances at becoming a choice for the War-Skrull program. Instead, he became one of the Skrull Empires top War-Scientists. His first major project was the creation of a Super-Vaccine, Dubbed 'The Ultimate Cure' that would protect it's subject from any Disease or Illness. As the experiment neared it's testing phase, Delagorr tried it on himself only to find that it did not work in the slightest, causing him to lose all his funding from the empire. Now, on his own, he started working on a weapon system that could create artificial stars and teleport them to any given coordinates, working as a super-bomb. With the initial success of the project, he was re-hired as a Weapons-Scientist and given the funding to create a large-scale production plant for his new weapon. But, in an unlucky accident, only days after the plant was built, one of the artificial stars exploded and caused a chain-reaction of exploding stars, leveling the plant, killing everyone in it, and destroying the whole planet of Hlavek III. The only survivor was Delagorr, who was protected by the previously dormant 'Ultimate Cure' that was triggered by the explosion. And not only did he survive, but from the intense radiation exposure, he was gifted with the ability to control any form of Electro-Magnetic Radiation.
Picked up days later by a rescue ship, he was put on trial for the destruction of a planet, and the deaths of everyone on it. Even though it was not fully his fault, the Skrull empire found him guilty and executed his family, then sent him to Earth in exile.
Deciding it best to keep a low profile until he had the means to take Revenge on the Skrulls, he adopted the persona of Daniel Alcott, British Intelligence agent, and joined a special forces team consisting of himself, Tristan Chase, and Rafe Carson, playing the good side in order to get to what he needed.
